Terms of cancellation of trips by bus or train:

• 2 weeks prior to departure: office and banking fee of 10€ / trip plus the price of already paid train seat reservations
• 7 - 13 days prior to departure: 70 € / person
• Less than 7 days prior: full price of trip
• The price of ready visa has to be paid by customer
